Thanksgiving Dinner At Your Place!
Welcome to our Thanksgiving Day meal planner for first timers or those of you that could use a little help! How to's and excellent recipes that you can do, even if you can't boil water! I'm not a chef and don't use ingredients that are difficult to find. This is just good 'ol "grandma used to make it" - food! (with a few modern conveniences added in) I make Thanksgiving dinner every year, and YES it's a big undertaking. But it's really not so tough if you have a plan. Whether your cooking for a few friends or a small army you can do this, I PROMISE!
Follow the steps below. There will be a standard supply list (which you will add to once you decide what recipes you're going to make), Then a "where to start" section. Turkey day cooking and setting up to eat. Finally, a meal planner just incase you like what I'm going to make. You can print it out and use it as a checklist.
One word of advice:
Don't go overboard if you're not going to have help in this venture! BUT - if you'll have someone to partner with, you can split the jobs down the middle and can afford to add a few extra items to your list.Remember to follow the links in order starting with

9. Thanksgiving Day CookingWe all have football couch potatoes this fine day, so if you want them to sit down at the table with you (IF this is not a buffet style dinner), you must have dinner ready 1 hour before the afternoon game starts!
